Pratibha Commerce Academy offers digital educational products, including online courses, PDF notes, MCQ series, and other study materials. Since these are digital products that become accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
Refund requests will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate payment made for the same order.
Payment was successfully deducted, but the purchased course or digital content was not delivered due to a verified technical issue.
The issue could not be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase, along with proof of payment. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No refunds will be provided for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to complete the course.
Lack of usage or inactivity.
Compatibility issues caused by the user’s device or internet connection.
Pratibha Commerce Academy reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after reviewing the circumstances.
